The word 'health' comes from the Gaelic word 'hale'. It has the same origin as the word 'whole'. 'Hale' comes from the Greek word 'helios' meaning 'The Sun'. Hale means to heal or to make whole and the Sun in Ancient times was respected as given by the Originator of the Heavens and Earth as a prime source of energy and life in the solar system.Today we are ignorantly taught to hate Sunlight, when in truth we are PHOTOROPHS, just like plants we have our own bodily PHOTOSYNTHESIS. A Lack of proper amounts of Sunlight amounts to poor health and a disease state for Black [Indigenous] People. The Etruscans properly called Ra-sanna [Black Aboriginal Greeks] got the word 'Helios' from their Ancient Black Ta Mry [Egyptian] Ancestors who were Moorish Priests. The word in the Ancient Moorish [Egyptian] language was 'Hahru'[R] or Horus [Greek]. The R's and L's in the Egyptian Hieroglyphics were connected and thus were interchangeable in the Ancient Moorish [Egyptian] Language and in the offspring languages of MDU NTR. The only consonants given for the word Heru was  H & R, thus the Supreme God 'Re' or 'Ra' was the root form of Heru. 'Ra' symbolized the Cipher, Disk, or Sun [Disk] and Heru [Horus] was the resurrected Sun/Son of AUSAR [Osiris]. This was a simple way to teach astronomy.  THE IMPORTANCE OF COSMOLOGY TO HEALTH Cosmology deals with the absolute laws of creation that can be used to create what is called Alchemy which is only the Chemistry of Aboriginal People considered miracle like sciences. The laws or nature are described in our curriculum and can be used to maintain absolutely perfect health. Our Study of Cosmology, or the Origins and Functioning Laws of the Universe, coupled with Our Study of Nature [Laws of Nature], and a Study of Our Body [Anatomy and Physiology] was/is the basis of our culture and health principles. Knowing the Laws from these three sources gave Us and gives Us a Structural paradigm for the proper order and function of our 'Social Universe [Societal Laws]'. Following these Laws brings Us into Union with the Originator of these Laws. This is a state of Health. Disobeying Absolute Law creates what we call disease. So Health and Disease states are based on our knowledge of and practicing of the absolute Laws of the Originator of the Universe. The lack of knowledge and practice of the knowledge of God and God's Laws brings about disease on our minds and bodies [spirit=integrated mind and body].

THE CULTURAL PARADIGM

By Cultural Paradigm we mean the model we should use from Our Ancestors and Our Originator to preserve Life.

 4 Elements and 4 Qualities

 The Ancient Egyptians used a Physical Table to study and Master Creation. It is called the table of the 4 qualities and 4 elements. It was called the Ennead in their Creation Cosmology, and was later given as the Ogdead or 8 NETERS with 4 pairs of female and male opposites with 1 Principal Power ATUM-RE. This science was preserved in all relifions, in Islam it is called the HAMIAT ANAM [Black Powers] or Qiblah [Prayer], in The Doctrine of ISRAEL it is called QABALLAH, and in the original Doctrine of KARAST [Christ] it is called the ENEAD. The Four elements were Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. The Four Conditions were Hot, Cold, Wet, and Dry. This table was used scientifically as well as socially and was the basis of studying physical science. The Ancient Black Moors of Islam resurrected this science by way of Prophet Muhammad [who was a vegetarian/ vegan] and it is recorded in the Qur'aan for those who have an eye. We will also deal with steps to create what Dr. Jewel Pookrum has called "Corporal Regeneration". This is real, has been documented in medical journals and newspapers, and I have witnessed it on my own Body. We have the power to regenerate all tissues and body parts with the correct alchemical knowledge and practices.

For the basis of Our study we will also use the Ancient 'Healthy Cell Concept' researched by Dr. Albert Carter. This is key to discussing the Immune System [Immunology] and the cure for any disease, including AIDS.

 ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY OF THE RACES

The Last and most important is structural paradigm is dealing with the differences in Anatomy, Physiology, Chromosome Count, and DNA between the Races particularly between Indigenous Peoples and non indigenous peoples [White]. Black People [Indigenous] cannot continue to be standardized by white Blood Chemistry. The Anatomy and Physiology of both are very different. It is a "hate crime" that we commit in our ignorance by continuing to do such.
